Master Service Agreement (MSA)

1. Definitions

Platform: Bivoxy security analytics and log management system.

Service: Security analytics, log collection, threat detection and reporting services offered via the Platform.

Customer: Natural or legal person using the Bivoxy platform.

2. Scope of Service

The platform may provide log collection and analysis, security event correlation, threat detection, anomaly analysis, security reports and incident notifications.

Services are offered as SaaS (Software as a Service).

3. Subscription

Service may be offered as monthly, yearly or enterprise license.

Customer receives access rights during the subscription period.

4. Customer Obligations

Customer must use the platform lawfully, protect access credentials, configure log integrations correctly and report security incidents.

Customer is responsible for logs sent to the platform.

5. Service Continuity

BiWork takes technical measures for service continuity.

Interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, infrastructure updates, third-party issues or internet outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bivoxy provides security analytics but does not guarantee absolute security.

BiWork is not liable for customer misconfigurations, third-party software faults, internet infrastructure issues or damages from cyber attacks.

7. Intellectual Property

Bivoxy software, algorithms and platform design belong to BiWork.

Customer may not copy, reverse engineer or reproduce without authorization.

8. Termination

Service may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, unlawful use or activities threatening platform security.

9. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved by Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices.
