This agreement regulates rights and obligations for Bivoxy digital services purchased online.
2. Subject
SaaS-based security analytics service, license packages, add-on modules and device rights are provided digitally.
3. Payment and Delivery
After payment confirmation, digital service is activated and access rights are assigned.
E-invoice is sent to buyer's registered contact information.
4. Right of Withdrawal
For instantly performed digital services, withdrawal rights are evaluated within legal exceptions.
5. Dispute Resolution
Consumer legislation and competent judicial authorities apply to disputes.
