Service Agreement

All users of the Bivoxy platform are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Compliance with applicable laws and these obligations is mandatory during service use.

Bivoxy provides log collection, normalization, correlation, alert generation and reporting services.

The platform ingests data from FortiGate, Wazuh and similar sources to provide security visibility.

The customer is responsible for account security, access credentials and content of processed data.

The platform cannot be used for unlawful, harmful or unauthorized data processing activities.

Subscription fees are collected in advance based on selected plans and add-on modules.

At the end of the service term, renewal depends on customer choice.

Data is protected with technical and administrative safeguards.

User data is processed and stored under KVKK requirements.

Daily analysis data generated within the Bivoxy platform is retained for 60 days in order to support service continuity, operational review and incident analysis processes.

Raw log files are automatically deleted after 30 days in line with data minimization principles and efficient infrastructure management.

Data stored within the Wazuh indexing layer is likewise removed after 30 days under the applicable data lifecycle policies.

Unless a longer retention term is required by law or contract, data is securely deleted or access is revoked once the retention period expires.
